I have a few but they tend to change over the years depending on my experiences and situation. I'll spare you the past ones and just mention the one that I can relate to most at the moment.
Kendra Shaw of Battlestar Galactica: Razor would have to be the one I'd pick.
Kendra demands perfection from herself and will stop at nothing to complete what has to be done. Self-pity is something she has no tolerance for; nor does she give respect to those she feels are undeserving of it (corrupt commanders etc).
Despite her hard exterior, she's a romantic idealist torn between losing her naive ideals to become stronger, and clinging onto them so as not to lose her identity. Though she hates hypocrites, she is one herself and knows it. I think the knowledge of her hypocrisy is also something she struggles with, and is the driving factor behind her actions and decisions in the movie.
